Then in the logs you will have a few entries for that specific file right after download.

Don't think your getting what i'm trying to say. Any logs should be "viewable through the GUI" The only log i see in the gui "doesn't" show what i'm loking for. A user shouldn't have to browse through their computer to find logs.

When i right click on a file and select PCAV to scan it, a window pops up show the scanning progress and the scan result. This is what "should happen" when IDM calls PCAV to scan the completed download and this "does not happen"!

Do you know of any AV that shows in their logs absolutely ALL files scanned by its resident scanner? There isn't because it would be madness. That's the reason for the Advanced Logging option and why its saved as a separate csv file in a directory of your choosing.

As mentioned above, you cannot call PCAV via IDM and expect it to do a scan. You can use the command-line scanner for that purpose.

However - I have seen similiar questions on other forums and most of the people don't register just to see how long their licence is valid o_O

Is/will there (be) a way to see the current version? Or manually update to newest version? (outside of installations)
I have a feeling the auto updates aren't initially compliant with my time zone.

You don't really need to register at the support forum. Once you buy a license you also get all this information via email.

You can see the version you have installed in Help, About (question mark icon on the upper right corner of the GUI). Also on the website www.cloudantivirus.com we release the new versions for fresh installs pretty much at the same time as the upgrades, and underneath the download button is the current version number.

Are there any plans to improve the scan speed of Panda Cloud AV? :doubt:

Yes, there's a few things in the roadmap to speed things up, mainly cache improvements.

My Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro still says 1.5. When will it auto update to version 1.5.1?

It can take up to 1 week to roll out to everyone from what I have heard. It was released on the 20th.

It happens after the next reboot. So if you're used to hibernating instead of rebooting you will not see it immediately.

What do you mean by that? Hitman Pro seems more true to me, Panda has those offline cache.
