    Why are you doing this to me Pbust? I hat told myself that i would stick with my current firewall and Avast 5, and then you not only bring out a new version of PCAV but you also place a link to the GAOTD for the new version. Now i hat to take that offer...:mad:

    LoL just kidding Pbust, thanks for the new version and the heads up for the giveaway. :D :thumb:

    many thanks for the giveaway Pro license.

    Do you still recommend an initial scan with the new version?

    Unless you are going to be doing a lot of intensive on-demand scanning, its not necessary to do an initial scan for normal, everyday usage.

    @Pedro

    Thank you Panda for the release and for the Pro license!

    Can you tell me why killing panda2_0dn.exe is allowed? I mean this does not look like a good idea.

    Also, I have an off-topic question. As per Google, website filtering is best done by clients installed on the computer rather than the DNS server. What do you think about this? Does Panda have any plans to come with similar services like Clearcloud DNS or Norton DNS?

    @all

    I'm getting an error on this page stating Error opening /proteccionBasica/proteccionBasica.jsp. Anyone else using IE8 facing it?

    Hi Pedro
    Sounds really good overall. :)
    I don't mean to be a wet blanket but I think Avast has been web-filtering like this:
    since their version 4.X.

    cheers,
    Pete (or maybe "Pedro") :cool:

    Good Morning ! Many thanks too Pedro and Panda for their generosity. I'm using the offered Pro-Edition...and also in tandem with Prevx with Safe-On-Line...and so far everything seems to be running harmoniously. Once again many thanks for the offer. Sincerely...Securon

    I think three as far as I know:

    PSUNmain.exe: Tray
    PSANhost.exe: Main Guard
    panda2_0dn.exe: Web Guard

    PSANtoManager.exe: Only launches I think when Malware is Detected, atleast that is the only time I see it.

    Thank you PBust. I have been a happy Panda Cloud user from the first beta editions and now I get to try the Pro version for a year. Getting my registration was really easy. I just have to figure out if I should upgrade my existing install and activate Pro or just install the latest version over the existing install. I'll figure it out.

    Thanks again.

    I'm not sure if it's just me but I'm having problems running this with Comodo's firewall. I installed Comodo first, the PC ran fine then installed Panda and it keeps locking up. Any Windows services or programs become unaccessible. Can't load task manager, IE, Ctrl alt del does nothing, etc. This is on Windows 7x64. Uninstalling Comodo seems to fix the problem.

    Other than that, very nice and thanks for the free license once again :D
