Loads here fine. Is it being blocked (with a red warning message) or "cannot find"?

First of all, I would like to say that I appreciate Panda giving me a free license to Panda Cloud Pro. I can't activate it though. I installed it, but the program is telling me that my code is invalid. I know it's the right code, because I pasted it right off of the trial pay web page. So, I got into my account at cloud av, entered the code, and it tells me that it expires October 29, 2010. I chose "release license" just to see what would happen, and it also told me that it was invalid.

    Thanks

Weird, can you try to sign up for another code and try again to see if the problem persists?

Ok, it's working now. Boy...I feel like such a super newbie. The problem was that whenever I was pasting the code, there was a space being left before the first character. o_O

    Thanks for responding.:)

It is working fine here. Been using the free version and now I am happy to be a owner of the Pro version.
    Thanks Panda!

It starts ticking only after you activate it in the product. You can keep the license around for some months (3 to 6, I don't remember which) if you want to activate it later, and still get the 1 year license.

pbust, is it possible to have Web filtering without the stupid toolbar? I hate toolbars and always will, but i like web filter. I'm using Firefox.
Any way to use it without toolbar?

As far I could see the only way to do so is to install the toolbar and disabling or hiding it in your browser.

    @phaser
Good find! Totally missed that

RejZoR, I think it is. You can go to Add/remove programs and uninstall all toolbar parts except "URL filter". But maybe it's safer just to hide/disable the toolbar in IE and Firefox.

I haven't tried Panda Cloud since v1.0 and and the new version looks much better so far.
I'm not too excited about the "URL Error Redirection" so I don't think I'll be using the "Malicious Web & URL Filtering" feature unfortunately...

    Thanks for this release.
The free antiviruses are more and more proving you really don't have to pay anymore. Panda with this release which makes it more mature, avast! with the version 6 plans, AVG with the Identity Protection in the free version.

The most important fixes for me:
    - the annoying bug of slow loading Start Menu items on Windows 7 is indeed fixex; and
    - the revamped Quarantine/Recycle Bin behavior.
Those were my problems with the previous version, and now both fixed.

    So great job Panda!

(Future Request: Web filtering without a toolbar (like ESET and avast!), I am sorry: but never will any toolbar be installed on my pc.)

Regarding keeping the Web & URL filtering component *without* the toolbar, follow these steps:

    1. Install Panda Cloud Antivirus 1.3 including the toolbar.
    2. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. You will see two entries:
    - Panda Security Toolbar
    - Panda Security Toolbar URL Filtering
    3. Uninstall only "Panda Security Toolbar"

With this process you will get the URL Filtering without the toolbar.

Please disregard that (I'm actually going to edit that out of the post). We are putting up a test page and I will post it here when it's ready.

Couple of notes about the Web/URL filter:

    * It doesn't work under Sandboxie as reported by another user.
    * If the page is down it won't show a "blocked page", it'll show a 404.

Thanks Pbust, for the licence, the tool bar seems to work fine in the admin account but seems to be unable to load in a limited user account or could it just be my machine?
