    Hello,

After it burnt 4 DVD it stopped and displayed a pop-up: Please insert Volume 1. I had checked the option "verify backup".

TI9 could not read the volume 1 anymore... It could be due to my DVD drive. But the data is there, I can see it with my other DVD drive.

    Question: was the backup over?

Another point: now I am verifying the data with the Verify backup option. It says 3 hours remaining... Why is the reading longer than the writingo_O

    Hello ulybka,

Thank you for using Acronis Backup Software

Actually an Acronis True Image is set to verify an image right after the backup process. So it asks for the first part of an image. Be sure that this backup process was successfil.
You can uncheck the appropriate check-box in a backup options window (see screenshot).

    Thank you

    Hello ulybka,

Acronis Support should have pointed out that TI still contains a bug that prevents you validating a spanned image on DVD when this is carried out as part of the image creation task. However, you can validate the spanned image as a separate task via the Backup Archive Validation Wizard. Check out this previous thread titled <TI 9.0 Build 3677 Direct To DVD Imaging - NO CHANGE!!>, including the embeded link in Post #1 to an earlier thread titled "TI 9.0 Build 3666 Direct to DVD Imaging - Still Some Problems", for details.

    Regards
