    @bjm_
    Do you mean that you couldn't uninstall Edge ublock (from Edge add-ons) and install the one from the Chrome Web Store?

    I just did that, perhaps you tried a different way?

    Hello @stapp
    I cannot install uBlock Origin from Chrome store in Chrome.
    I have uBO from Microsoft store and Chrome store installed in Edge.

    I misread @Sampei Nihira #8730 post

    I,in Edge, use the policy.
    Try the corresponding Chromium Command Line Switch.
    Do you know how to set it up?

    I'd be curious if it works.....

    If anyone wants to test if it works the Chromium Command Line Switch is this:

    Code:
    --enable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Availability
    ;):)

    I switched Chrome and Edge to uBlock Origin Lite, and it's surprisingly good.
    The only settings I changed were to switch the Default Filtering Mode from Basic to Complete and clicked More > More on the toolbar drop-down.

    Hi,
    it is good but up to a certain point and no further.
    You can see the major differences here:

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/thr...r-in-the-year-2025.455801/page-2#post-3225629

    The comparison is with AG Adblocker but may also include uBlock Origin.

    Interesting. The options offered by the element picker not only block the floating Picture-in-Picture mode, but the main video as well. I guess it must be possible to block the floating PiP and not the main video, but I cannot tell you how. Perhaps anyone else can tell how to do this.

    PiP is a browser option, no option of ad blocker. firefox has such option. dont use firefox? ask your used browser support!

    @Brummelchen,
    At the webpage Rasheed linked, the floating video is mentioned as "Picture-in-Picture mode". It is something that website does, not Firefox. I don't have PiP enabled in Firefox.

    PiP is a very defined feature. if firefox cant handle it, its web page made and off any PiP definings.

    for the example:

    .theo-player-wrapper

    so this is a
    webpage issue, gathered with the inspector which is available for any current browser.

    from adguard (which is wrong)
    i have no time to explain how to use ad blockers picker! this is users choice, so try to accomplish it!
