True Image 2009 Error #1722

    I've installed TI 2009 under Windows XP Pro, but it will not perform a backup. No matter what task I assign to it, I receive an immediate error message: E00640068 Failed to create the schedule task. Error #1722 -- "The RPC server is unavailable (0xFFF0)". :doubt:

    Anyone know how to fix this one?

    Open up Services.msc and set RPC server to automatic and click on start.

    To get to Services: Start button\run\"services.msc" (where " means type what is between the inverted commas) or right click on My Computer\manage and then choose services from there.

    All should then work.

    Thank you. The Acronis Scheduler2 service was not starting automatically. I changed it and now the backups are working as they should.:D
