Theft?

    Someone has been using my 3 email accounts to try to break into paypal, wells fargo, etc and my phone bill is going up.

    also when i tried to run symantec it said it could not scan because another program was scanning my system.

    how do i stop this?

    Change account no.'s Also with paypal sign of for the password fob. THen without the fob, they don't get in.

    I dont have a paypal, wells fargo or any other account.
    I have changed my email passwords.
    I get emails from paypal, etc that someone from my isp has tried to get into accounts when i come in in the morning.
