If you are referring to the WinPESE projects that I mentioned in my earlier reply, there are complete index lists of the plugin scripts that are included in each project download shown on their respective web pages: Win7PESE, Win8PESE, Win8.1PESE and Win10PESE. Other scripts are available from various other project sources, but you'd have to search yourself for any particular ones that you want, or create your own. The download link for my plugin script to include the Terabyte Suite in any of those projects is available on my webpage as mentioned above.

    __
P.S.: Each of those projects has its own forum if you require more detailed help and advice about any of them.

No, WinRE is not essential, you can use IFW in Windows. Use IFW with VSS. You can create an Entire Drive image or a partition image.

Good point. All this discussion of Winpxxx is really off topic.

Agreed, Peter. I guess I'm the original "guilty party", but it started as just an incidental mention and offer to share an alternative recovery boot option for using the Terabyte Suite in case of catastrophic drive failure. It just kinda "took off" from there. WinPE does get discussed quite a lot in the Macrium thread here and in other forums about backup and recovery software and strategies, but I guess it should probably be a separate topic. Sorry about that. :doubt:

Uh, oh... here comes Macrium Reflect's MIG feature for the Terabyte's product. Be careful with this... it has lots of affects on other things your System may want to do with those backups. Macrium is still dealing with anomlies associated with that level of protection... hopefully TU will do a much better job with this feature.

Ah, all is well. Just upgraded to 3.16. It only keeps the select options and this new Protectit feature is an option you can either leave off or turn on. I left it off and what you end up with is the IFW we all know and love.

"Fixed regression on NTFS that could cause crash and enhanced to support previously unsupported condition..."

Can anyone precisely explain what this means?

Totally new to this software, so noob question. Do I just download and install over-the-top?

    Hello,

FYI: It seems that there was an issue with IFD and the last updates (TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite version 3.16 and BootIt Bare Metal version 1.46) so TeraByte has reissued the installers.
TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite 3.16 - Reissued
Upgrade History (TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite)

    BootIt Bare Metal 1.46 Reissued
    Upgrade History (BootIt Bare Metal)
Note: The post above and the release notes for BootIt Bare Metal both refer to version 3.16 which I assume is a typo on TeraByte's end...

I would assume that unless you use IFD, that there would be no need to install the reissued versions. Also, since the new versions were reissued with the same version numbers, there is no quick or easy way to know if you installed the original version or the reissued version...

ProtectIt seems limited to images in this folder...

    \TERABYTE_TBI_BACKUPS

This is the default Simple Operations Mode folder for backup images.

If you don't have it checked on install you never see anything from it. They did it the correct way
