support mail bouncing

    I bought V8 upgrade from 7 but received no email with the new reg number. Now my emails are getting bounced from Acronis, undeliverable, server timed out. This is mail to support@acronis.com.
    Anyone know what's going on? I'd like to get my paid for upgrade going.
