I use SUMo PRO but I don't want automatic updating either. I just close that option, when offered.

Can that option be disabled altogether, so that SUMo doesn't offer its automatic updating?

I am using a portable version, and don't see that option, so I am not sure.

    Kyle?

This option is not proposed to "portable" user's yet (as it deploys the installer-based release)

    I have tried it and:
All three steps were successful (download, installation and launching of the portable version) :cautious:

Yes, for me too now. :thumb:

Is there a way of importing the ignore list, and other settings, from %AppData%\Roaming\KC Softwares\SUMo into the PortableApps.com version?

It is storing the configuration in the directory: ...\SUMoPortable\Data\SUMoConfig\
You can copy needed files (excludefolders.db/custofolders.db/ignore.sumo) from the other directory: c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\KC Softwares\SUMo\ to the directory of the portable version and ... it seems to work :)

I didn't see that folder initially. Unless I'm mistaken it only gets created if one initiates some customisations?

After SUMo (portable) has been launched for first time, this directory gets created.

Makes it more 'portable' than SUMo portable version, which still uses appdata ... ;).
