I frequently have to recheck all the "protect against checked items" because many of those checked keep popping up, in RED. Does this indicate the source is in my computer, or "out there" at a website I frequently access? Why don't these items stay checked?

Are you sure that they're the same? There are a lot of variants that are added when updates are available?!? This question should be in Javacool's forums rather than here.

    Topic has been moved. ;)

    Clepu,

Can you tell us which ones? Are they all the ones at the bottom of the list - ie. the Spyware cookies only?

What version of Windows and Internet Explorer are you using?

Yes, cookies only, always the same ones. I'm using Win-98 IE 6.0 ..

Thanks for the quick response and the right forum. I put a check mark in "do not show" under settings, a comment I saw at the site referenced. C U later.
