"RPC server is unavailable" when running backup task

    Dear support

    Since three days my backup task stopped working with an eror message (I translate literally from german):

    E00640068: Error creating scheduled task

    #1722 - "The RPC server is unavailable (0xFFF0) code=800706BA)
    Tag 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF".    ​

    Any clues what could cause this issue? And how to resolve?

    It worked! Thank you very much!

    The "Acronis *" services were deactivated. After starting them, everything works fine.
