Is my computer 'paired' with another computer?

    REALLY vague question here...

How can I tell if someone has 'paired' their computer(mobile device, modded handheld games console, whatever) with my PC?

Keep getting strange window-formatting problems on my PC (Windows 10) and sometimes notice odd activity.

Where would such pairing software reside on the HDD? Hacked graphics card drivers? Remote Desktop exploits, etc?

Any and all ideas useful. Looking for a method to block this kind of 'snooping', not exploit it.

USA still the best. But barely.
Isn't it just regular W10 telemetry?

I was using Avira coupled with a VPN a few years back but still had problems. However, it was unlikely the problem at the time was to do with Remote Desktop exploits or somesuch so your solution probably works.

A lot of what you linked in your attached image I know how to do manually, which is nice, but I've heard very good things about Avira. It consistently scores well in reviews.
