Hard_Configurator - GUI to Manage Software Restriction Policies and harden Windows Home OS

Hi Trooper,

The Firewall Hardener tool and Configure Defender are stand-alone portable programs. Hard_Configurator is an installable program that includes both of the others.

I stopped using H_C, and eventually Simple Windows Hardening ( a 'light' version of H_C) because it interfered with some of my programs, most recently BlackFog Privacy.

Thanks for the heads up Krusty. Currently I am just using the Firewall hardening module. Sorry to hear you had issues. Did you ask Andy about the conflicts by chance?

 

He helped me out with some other issues but I decided to stop using Simple Windows Hardening after the last conflict.
