Why you'd want to use this style
    • You moved from vBulletin 3.x to XenForo and some of your users would like the option to keep the old look
    • You or your users simply like the vBulletin 3.x look and want to have it as an optional style

I really like this style, it's almost like looking on good old Wilders again, even the quote windows  :-*

+1 here for that style, looks so much better & less eye strainy & candy coloured.

As far as I am concerned, Wilders is no longer useable after the migration to XenForo. I'm done posting and even looking at this forum.:thumbd:

As long as it's optional, why not...

You can use watch forum option for forums you want to follow and than use watched forum filter at the top.

    Yes, that's exactly the one I already suggested above (# 130). :D
    _____

A technical matter concerning the new software and Javascript (more an information for the users, as I think that it is a characteristic of the new software that cannot be changed):

I use NoScript and usually I allow scripts for a website only temporarily if it is necessary (for example here in the forum for some formatting procedures when posting): With the old version of the Forum it was possible to allow scripts even after having started the composition of a post without losing the text already written. Now this is different: Your text is lost when you allow scripts (via NoScript) after having started to write.

To avoid this: either allow scripts for the Wilders Forums permanently or do not forget to allow them (temporarily) before you start to write a post.

Thanks Peter, I was going to look through the available skins soon. This saved me a lot of time.

This style package is now installed. It provides to vB3 like styles: Fluid, which goes out to the window size; Fixed which has a border.

Uses the the style selection option - lower, lower left of screen.

See posts #185 and #186 in this thread by LWM for the 'fix' for that.

No rush, please, just testing. I do use that forum section to this day, but don't need it often.

This new forum is terrible. The old style was much ore user friendly. Very difficult to navigate to unread messages. Any chance that there will be an option to change?

Moved my preferences to Fluid which is similar to the old look and feels more familiar.
Just would prefer the home page to have the member details underneath rather than that big white space on the right and the forum squashed up to the left.

To those making new avatars, they can not be more than 40KB
