   As near as I can tell, in about:config, I've toggled NewTab settings to false in both Classic Theme Restorer and Browser, both in Ff and Cybf, yet every new session flashes newtab in the tab bar prior to loading my homepage. Why is that? Why don't they just load MSN? Thank you!
   I also should have mentioned I tried multiple settings under Options. Tabs too!
