Ewido crashes / freezes

Dear all,

being infected with some trojans recently (which I *think* I got rid of), I came across ewido... installed it, tried it, bang: it freezes everytime I start it. Sometimes I have a few seconds before it freezes, sometimes I haven't. It only freezes in normal mode, it runs perfectly in safe mode.

Details:
Ewido 4.0.0.172, Win2k SP4, also running are AVG Free Edition 7.1.394 and Zonealarm.

Any ideas are appreciated. If ewido will finally run on my computer, I am thinking of updating to the paid version.

Ok, I removed the log. Thanks for the hint.

As I said, I am pretty sure to not have any malware on my machine at the moment. Still... Ewido does not run.
