computer noob needs some help.....

    Hey guys, i need some help with my computer... I don't know if i have a virus, but my computer is very slow and freezes a lot...I downloaded Hijack This, and read somewhere to scan my computer and then save and post the outcome in a trustworthy forum. I didn't want to try delete any of these things myself, so if someone could look over this log file and help me that would be great!!:ninja:

    Try doing a ChkDisk. My Computer>right click C drive>properties>tools>error checking.
