Can I get help with this?

HI I think someone in particular is connected to my computers.
I need help in finding that out.

 

What makes you think that? Could you give us some details about your system such as version of Windows, and security applications you have running or have tried and so on? How are you connecting to the internet?

 

IME, usually this type of paranoia stems from information that is "secret" being "leaked out". Could you tell us more about your situation?

 

Hi again, I read on another forum that if this was happening that you really couldnt stop them.
But it would be helpful to have proof.
Here is some of what has been happening.
Changes and new software to my computers everytime I turn them on.
I just want to know where to look for someone who can check for me that knows what they are doing.

Spyware, malware, trojan, virus, user error, hacker. Take your pick. With the detailed info the OP gave it's a toss up.
