Right, thanks for reminding me man! this ~snipped as possibly offensive~ me off really! I have just formatted and I don't wanna install v 14 then update to 15, wanted to do a clean install of v15! Ill let my license collect some more dust then! But why would the free version be @ v15 and the paid @ v14 is beyond meh!
guys the paid version is at 15. if you get it from their website and install it its version 15. just installed it today and at least for me it installed v15 100%.

Hmm, seems in the latest version (v15) the configuration options for game mode are missing? If I remembered correctly version 14 had two configuration options, either block everything of allow everything while notifications are suppressed? But then again I maybe confusing it with Zonealarm free firewall 2015 I was testing with Avira v14...but uninstalled because of serious pc lockups. [EDIT] I was indeed confusing it with Zonealarm after checking the online manual. It wouldn't make much sense anyway in Avira... who would auto-allow a virus in game mode... [/EDIT]
Just installed it, even though it says v 14 on the site, it actually installed Avira Antivirus Pro 15.0.844 this is not unusual, lousy Avira online site I actually stopped using Avira as they were about to make even the pro version have dropbox, driver updater, system optimizer, and all the new usual bloat but it seems the AV only doesn't have any of those, maybe only the internet security. thank god!
