A message i recieved and need help

    I have a laptop. Its a Vaio, Sony notebook. Its a windows 98. I opened it today and it read a message. It says '' the file C:Windows/System/Wininet.Dll is infected with the Bloodhound.W32.EP virus. Access to this file will be denied''. I have no idea what this means and need help badly.

    There was also a message that said my internet explorer had run an illegal opertaion and will shut down.

    If anyone out there can help me with these issues it will be greatly appreciated.

    Seems u have Norton antivirus and the computer is infected. It,s best to re-install the OS from scratch for a used PC.
