Ewido 3.5 - Unable to update, high CPU

Does anyone have difficulties to update ewido 3.5 (plus)? It's not working for me (autoupdate or manual update). It's just trying to connect update.ewido.net but nothing happens and because of that my ewidoguard is eating all my CPU. Is the update server down or what? This never happened with 3.0 and started immediately when I upgraded to 3.5. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall ewido but that didn't help.

 

All the servers seemed to be down at one point to-day.

They seem to be up now and I am trying to obtain a complete download of the new version for the fifth time on dial-up.

I have managed to obtain a full download and update the program. So all seems well again

 

Been trying to update for a while now.Having the same probs as Jeccu.Can't access the homepage either for a manual update.Anyone having the same prob or know what's going on.

 

Seems okay at this end to-day. No problems in updating (dial-up) or reaching the Home page.

Have you checked the log-files in your firewall?

 

Everything working fine now.And no FP's.
