    Hi all,

    I've installed NOD32 v5 on 2 pc's at home.
For all my computers i use Shareport (Dlink) for printing.
When i connect my printer in shareport i get a bluescreen (happens to both pc's with v5) , when i try this on a pc with NOD v4 it works.
All 6 pc's are running Windows 7 Pro (x64) and 4 of them with nod 4.

    What i have tried:
    - Disable HIPS
    - Include Shareport in the HIPS rules (allow all).
    - Disable realtime protection.
    - Use Beta updates

    Al above sollutions didn't work.
On 1 pc i got back to NOD32 v4 again, and the problem was gone.

Me too I have got a lot of problem with v5 and I revert to v4:
I spent a lot of time on this problem (a few days) .my Pc had a strange behavior especially when I plug external hard drive. it gave my pc to be frozen and the only possibility was to shut down the PC. I even had a blue screen when rebooting I could not imagine that nod 32 was the reason because I did not notice this problem immediately but now I am absolutely sure that it was. So If you have external hard drive problems and if you have nod 32 v5 go back immediately to v4. for info I am on XP
ps:the info on the blue screen indicated that the reason of the crash was :ntoskrnl.exe possibly a driver which cannot be identified,Fortunately I had a system image not too old.

Please open a support case, provide a full memory dump and ESET Sysinspector log in an email reply to the support request. You can type "Attention: Manager" in the subject line.
