After every automatic signature update, activating expose reveals a zombie ESET Cybersecurity window. I am running Mac OS X 10.6.7 and ESET Cybersecurity 4.0.62.0. Please see the screenshot -

This is supposed to be an official ESET support forum right? Doesn't feel that way going by the time it takes to get a response from a moderator.

Yes I wonder that sometimes too. :(
And yes, this is indeed the official Mac support section even if it's hard to belive at the moment. :)

This level of unprofessionalism though not unheard of, but is certainly not expected from a big player like ESET.

Posting in the NOD32 section in the future feels like a better option, unfortunately :doubt:
Even if we are not supposed to post there.

Edit: Or you could open a support ticket of course.

    Hi RaviG,

Sorry for the delay in response. I did some search and found out that there is a known bug in version 4.0.62 that manifests itself with the same broken window you're seeing. Development told us here at support that the bug is currently being worked on, unfortunately there's not an ETA for the fix. So please wait until the next version is out and let us know if you are still experiencing the same problem.

    Thank you.

I can confirm that with the updated build installed, the issue no longer manifests itself.
