F-Secure and F-prot have it iirc.

AVG will have it in the next version (v8).

Maybe he meant it has "Internet Explorer protection" and Internet Explorer "enable heuristic" as options under "Internet/E-mail" in version 6.0.8

    Regards,
    Jim

Is there a situation where the HTTP scanner will pick something up where the filesystem monitors won't?

But I would take Avira PE without HTTP scanning, over most AVs that do offer HTTP scanning.;)
