    Because none of this stuff matters half as much as most of us seem to think.

    - Avira, for more destructive malware.
    - ESET, for PUPs and to help Avira.
    - Bitdefender, for the stability of the engine itself since BD tends to work better in other vendors' products than in their own.

    As great as Kaspersky is, its engine seems to be hard to implement as third-party for whatever reason. I'd say Eset, Panda Cloud and maybe Dr.Web. MBAM is too "overpowered" for the poll and doesn't count as an AV anyway.
