    Update 15 will be much more interesting regarding detection/protection.

    Care to tell more? I'm always interested when any company is planning to provide something interesting for protection, something that boosts the detection beyond the usual tiny bumps.

    As long as it doesn't become as bloated as other AVs. I just want a simple file system protection and a URL protection. No need to add modules, etc...

    Looking at those changes it doesn't look like Avira will be getting back into the game this year! They really need to remove all the ask crap too.

    Yeah, Avira still needs to do some serious work. They are falling behind fast.
