Not a bad deal, except they charged my CC 4 times instead of once. Having the other three reversed, but a great deal non the less:thumb:

I used paypal and was charged just the one amount of $9.33 AUD. Pretty dang cheap though for a lifetime license :p

There is a version 5 beta that is probably nearly out of testing which was awesome when I tried it previously. The interface is abit more modern, scans are faster + lighter and even the little tray icon has been made abit larger to stand out more.

Thanks, Duradel. Snagged 5 licenses - no problems with cc, one charge at $49.95.

I thought about buying a second license, but with the sale of the company, I am not confident how long lifetime will be. I think there is a good change the new company will repackage SAS into a different product, and people with the life time licenses will be out of luck.

Its worth gambling on that when you're only paying $10 though. Even if it lasts a year its still reasonable compared to the subscriptions of some other anti-spyware programs.

I already have one lifetime license from them, and I do not even use the real-time, as I do not feel it adds much at the moment. But for someone that doesn't have one, it may be worth the small risk. I just suspect support.com will roll the product into something else. Usually thats what happens in these situations. See BoClean and Comodo.

Who did they sell out to? I never seen anything on this and I use their product.

I bought a lifetime license too! Great deal as I was reluctant to go for the yearly package since I'm already paying for Eset Smart Security evey year but I really wanted to support these guys @ SAS as it's an awesome program this this gave me a good opportunity!
