    Hello,
This is my first post on this forum so I hope it is in the right place. I have just installed Online Armor Free and have been using LibreOffice for years. None of my previous Emsisoft Anti-Malware/Avast scans had found any problems before, but OA says that soffice.bin, associated with LibreOffice, is a keylogger and screenlogger. I googled it and other people have the same problem but no clear solution is provided. I wish to know if it is a false positive or not. I have uninstalled LO anyway, because OA won't let it start. I can post a HiJack log if that helps.

Don't worry, it's normal. It's just that LibreOffice has logger-like behaviors. You will receive the same prompt from the Help Pane or any other legit Windows processes if they have similar behaviors if you disabled the autotrust features. If you still hesitate you can scan the PC and LibreOffice executable with Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, etc.

    Don't.

Note, that it doesn't say LibreOffice is a keylogger, but that it exhibits keylogger behavior. A lot of software does that. If you got LibreOffice from a trusted source, then I'd reinstall it and enjoy it.

Thank you very much. :) I shan't panic, then.
