NOD32 Disk Error.. Any Idea?

    "MBR sector of the 3. physical disk - Error reading disk sector"

    Any idea? I have 3 drives on my PC, E:\ which is my primary and, D:\ is slave, and C:\ is a recovery partition that I want to destroy, but everytime I do a system restore it comes back because I dont have my OEM XP Home CD so I cant do a full format!

    try to search in google Disk Doctor and download they may fix
