    Found this handy little app for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP machines today.

    It's a packet sniffer/traffic monitor-logger + Whois, DNS, port lookup tool.

    Give it try! (It's clean. ;) )

    Not that I know of.

    There may be some English sites distributing earlier editions of the program.
