    Hi everyone :D

Thanks for trying out our software! Your input and feedback on our security is really appreciated. :thumb: Keeping customer data safe and secure is a huge responsibility and a top priority. We work hard to protect our customers from the latest threats.

The behavioral technology in the engine works somehow similar to a sandbox - the difference being that we don't run entire files, but just pieces of code of the file in the virtual environment and decide if the file presents any malware like behavior. In addition to that, there are heuristics and generic routines that can pick-up a file without the need of a signature, but by the file's behavior and similarities with other known threats. We work with the latest version of the engine and we assume you had the latest signatures as they are updated automatically every hour.

We would be interested in checking out the samples that you are talking about, so if you can send an e-mail to security@zenok.com and attach the malware in a password protected archive (default password 'infected'), our Virus Lab can analyze the files, add detection / disinfection, if indeed we do not detect these samples.

Have you discovered a security flaw that might impact our products? Please let us know. If you submit a report, here’s what will happen:

    1) We’ll acknowledge your report and tell you the best way to track the status of your issue.

    2) We’ll investigate the issue and determine how it impacts our products. We won’t disclose issues until our investigation is finished, but we’ll work with you to ensure we fully understand the issue.

    3) Once the issue is resolved, we’ll post a security update along with thanks and credit for the discovery.

    4) We ask for your patience while we make sure all our customers are protected. Either way, you’ll always have a ZenOK contact for your issue.

    Thanks for informing us.

We respect the time and talent that drives new discoveries in security technology.

    Thanks once again,

    Hi!

The idea is good and interface is nice and simple. But considering it hasn't detected a single thing where even a ClamAV detected quite few things, i was beyond greatly disappointed. Especially since we know it's running on BitDefender engine.

Well, it failed to detect anything. There isn't much to send around here.

I've expected nothing less than superb detection as i'm used to with BitDefender. But this just wasn't the case.

Our internal and external team of security specialists and consultants do tests every single day and believe we do a great job in detection. This makes us so curious to know more about what you do mean with 'not a thing'.

We would be interested in checking out the samples that you are talking about, so if you can send an e-mail to security@zenok.com and attach the malware in a password protected archive (default password 'infected'). Why would you hide these for us if you got them?

By the way are you an colleague engineer at Avast? We thought you where working for Avast.

Malwaredomainlist or MDL. Usually even the worst antiviruses detect at least something. ZenOK didn't detect anything at all. It's not limited to samples, it seems your solution just doesn't work at all.
