A minor performance update was released on August 4th.

    Changelog:
    - Reduced amount of bandwidth ZenOK consumes.

I was able to troubleshoot the issue, clocks.

I downloaded six samples from malc0de (using Chrome) and waited for ZenOK to quarantine them. Nothing. Or at least so I thought. When I attempted to run one of the samples, I got an error window. I then opened ZenOK and clicked "See details", and noticed three files were quarantined (3/6). At the same time, the quarantine count went from 0 to 3 (i.e. refreshed). However, in Internet Explorer 9, ZenOK's Download Protection module kicks in and it quarantines the file before it finishes downloading.

So there may be a small bug in the GUI. ZenOK seems to be slow to refresh or something. The program is still a little buggy, but it seems to be working.

I think there should be a pop-up when something is reconised as a virus because otherwise there would be confusion if it reconised a virus but you think it did not because it did not tell you.

Yeah I told them that too. But of course, BitDefender has taken the same route through autopilot. Maybe ZenOK should provide an option to turn "autopilot" on/off.

That would be smart, but is so new I will not egg on them too much. I think it will turn out absolutly brilliant. I would definitely use it once my AV subscription expires.;)
