Maybe, habits are fine, that's what happens when you get free(or cheap)lifetime licenses.

    @Trooper:
You don't have to say thanks every time you got a trivial question answered, especially when the answer is already in the thread.
If you still have concerns about outbound traffic, just don't use ZAM.
You should already know, that outbound traffic is common with cloud based AV and Antimalware.

Don't get me wrong, but I prefer less overhead and chat, in security threads.

That's just 1 person's opinion. As for me -- as long as you stay reasonably on-topic, chat away! I scan pretty fast, so reading prolix isn't a problem for me.

Am I the only one stuck with 2.72.204.388? I have a premium license for Zemana Antilogger. Running stable version.

Zemana Portable is still deceptive about being portable since it leaves traces at C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Zemana.

Let me quote the eponymous Wikipedia article:
A portable application does not leave its files or settings on the host computer or modify the existing system and its configuration. The application does not write to the Windows registry or store its configuration files in the user's profile; instead, it stores its configuration files in the portable directory.

Yes Zemana leaves behind .sys files. Even with the portable version .sys files are left behind.
Only option is to remove the file manually.
    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\zamguard64.sys
    C:\windows\syswow64 \config\systemprofile\AppData\Local
    C:\windows\syswow64 \config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Zemana
    C:\Windows ZAM_Guard.krnl.trace
    and some registry keys
Zemana needs to improve their product, Zemana doesn't have an official unistall tool.

Norton ConnectSafe DNS currently blocking Zemana.com and the portable version of ZAM. I tried to submit a FP report. There is no easy way to report.

Reported to Symantec with no success. Just reported to Zemana. If I want to run scan with Zemana AM portable I have to change my DNS settings so not going through Norton ConnectSafe.

I still miss the ASK option, I was installing a program, can't remember which one now but it was either a game or something programming related, and it was popping up over and over and over again and I had to go in and restore file after file after file and in the end the install was completely messed up. Since then I've just kept the real-time protection turned off in Zemana AntiLogger. I can't be bothered with having it trigger for so many false positives and then not give me the option not to contain it. So yeah, that part if now permanently turned off.
