Liking BitsduJour more than GOTD now, they have more giveaways I could use. Zemana giveaways are occurring every 3-4 months I guess. BTW is this license same for everyone?

"You must install/register the software within 1 month..."

Couldn't come at a better time! The license I bought last year for the tower expires on Sept 9.

The laptop one expires in December. Hopefully there'll be another soon. No biggie; been using ZAL for several years on 2-3 systems with a mixture of free and paid licenses and never paid more than $17.

It says you have 1 month to use the license and no all the licenses are different codes.....so you can't keep your code till December...

Gee. I wonder if that's what is meant by: "You must install/register the software within 1 month..."

BTW, I forgot to mention I pasted that from the Fine Print at GOTD.

Gee. I wonder if that's what I meant by: Hopefully there'll be another soon.

Replies to issues not posted. I suppose that's one way to boost your posts count.

Not sure if it's worth it with Private Firewall.

And even better, don't install useless software.

IMHO, if you already have an AV, you don't need an extra AntiLogger.

From my side, end of story.

If PFW's HIPS already monitors logger-like behaviors then you don't need it.

Unless your AV missed the logger, or even "better": they whitelisted it on purpose. Most notably commercial keyloggers.

I'm probably just feeling touchy this night but calling something as useless is kinda too far. It might be highly valuable for some people. See? Zemana is crying in the corner now... :'(

Yes, some commercial keyloggers are white-listed. Does Zemana have a stated policy about commercial loggers?

How good is the 64 bit support at this point?

They block all keyloggers and RATs regardless of certificate if you set so in the settings (enabled by default). Also the cloud is good, especially with old games.

    Regarding 64Bit

Thanks, it sounds like the 64 bit support has improved since the last time I tried ZAL.

Hopefully they are not planning to prevent any screen capturing (and the same with other security programs).

Because not all screen capturing is for malicious purposes. Especially, for me, this concerns poker database programs that utilize screen capturing. (My poker database works with Zemana at least in 64-bit Win8 and 64-bit Win7 systems)

Anyway, entering visible passwords (if you don't purposely allow it by checking the box) isn't very common nowdays. Can't even remember the last time I saw a password field where the entered text was visible (if not checked the box...).

There's a feature in Webroot SecureAnywhere where you can white-list legit screen capture apps. Hopefully Zemana could implement the same.

In the security settings Microsoft-certified applications & All other certified applications are allowed by default. Also this is useful:
