Some of the pop-ups I get are saying that so and so process is trying to communicate with CTF Loader, which is a system file. Should access be allowed or not? < Or does it depend on the kind of program attempting access? CTF Loader doesn't need internet access right?

Microsoft CTF Loader/ctfmon.exe is a legitimate process, and yes the key question here is what process was attempting access and is it trusted.

    Frequently asked questions about Ctfmon.exe

I don't believe so, were you getting prompted by ZA for network access?

I believe yes once ctf loader asked for internet access, but I blocked it. Programs like yahoo messenger and msn messenger have asked for access to cft loader via Zonealarm's new process guard.
