protection from malware with dns by yandex and sophos
Thanks for letting us know, I'll check it out.
I wonder where their servers are located.
Russian Embassies and Consulates.
Yandex has over 80 DNS servers located in different cities and countries. Each user's queries are processed by the server closest to him/her, that's why sites open faster with Yandex.DNS in "Basic" mode.
You read the Website and pasted in their text. Good work!
Here in the south west USA, I think I'll stick with Norton's Policy 1. Results are about the same as when I ran the benchmark on those servers last year...
I'll stick with my ISPs DNS servers. The Norton ones are too slow here in Oz and same with Yandex.DNS.
same here, Norton is too slow and yandex is an upcoming search giant - no go.
How much info can a DNS pick up about you and your internet habits?
hmm no dnscrypt support.
The problem is, YandexDNS blocks a few legitimate pages, just like FamilyShield, which is quite annoying, nevermind OpenDNS is faster for me.
Separate names with a comma.
