Using XP-SP-2, TI Workstation Version 9.1 Build 3718
I have a 14GB C:\ partition I want to backup to a USB external hard disk and then write to DVD disks.
    I selected Options manually
    Archive Splitting
    Fixed Size
    4.7 GB DVD Drive
and TI created two tib files one 4.2GB and the other is 3.0GB.
What app can I use to copy a >4GB file to a DVD? I tried Roxio Creator Classic version 7 and get the error message that your current file system doesn't support files larger than 4GB. Files smaller than 4GB copy to DVD just fine. I don't want to write directly to the DVD with TI because it takes too long to complete the job. I want to do it off line.

    Thanks

    Bob...

Can that be accomplished via TI's Pre/Post Commands?

    Hello tarheel,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Please note that staring with the build 3625 Acronis True Image can write the image to DVD disc directly without any additional software. However, if it is suitable for you you can create image archives on a local or networked hard drive specifying the image archive split size and burn them to DVDs later. When you create images to DVDs not storing them to hard disk first the image will be split into 2 Gb parts. Please have a look at this post for details.

    Thank you.

...burn files exceeding 4GB with nero
nero then automatically uses udf instead of iso

    btw: roxio is crap (sorry)
if Youre experiencing problems with ANY burning software
there's a VERY good chance it's due to roxio...
