    Hi,

I recently upgraded to XP Pro SP3. When I tried to image my computer. TI sticks on 0% complete. I tried to uninstall then reinstall the program but with the same result. Does anyone know if there is a problem with SP3? The program works fine with SP2. I am using TI 11.

TI11 would not be the problem as it will read XP with SP2 or SP3 if you boot from the Acronis boot CD.

Boot from the Acronis Boot CD and use that to backup your XP partition, and you won't have any problems. Better yet, create a BartPE boot CD and install the Acronis Bartpe plugin. That way the Boot CD uses the Windows drivers instead of the Linux drivers, and will backup and restore a lot quicker.

Hard to say what's gone worng. If this is ATI 11, the progress indicator is buggy so that might be all you are seeing. Thre isn't a general problem with ATI 10 and SP3.

I would try an unistall using the new uninstaller that actually cleans up much of the muck the stadard uninstaller leaves behind. then reinstal ATI.

    Hello Mark1110,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for delayed response.

Please make sure that Acronis Scheduler service is started and both the processes (schedul2.exe, schedhlp.exe) are running (see Using Windows Task Manager).

If the services are running, please have a look at this post and see if it solves the problem.

    Thank you.
