www.nod32.com down

Hi!
I have NOD32 2.5 and when i try tu run the update it say's that
there are no connection to www.nod32.com.
I have had this problem for about a week now.
Anybody here who nows what the problem is
I'm in sweden!

Version 2.5 is an old version of NOD32 which will be auto-updated to the new one 2.7 when you reach servers . Are you paid NOD32 user or just a trial version ? Is your license active ? Does your firewall allow access to nod32krn.exe ? Is the Control Center set to "Choose automatically" servers in Update section ?

 

I have used NOD32 2.5 for over a year and I haven't got any problem before.
I have a neighbour that got it at the same time as me and he have no problems. My firewall is no problem. When I try to do a manually update he ask for username and password for server U24.eset.com and U21.eset.com.
I don't know the user or password for that!
HELP!!!!!!!!!

 

ESET NOD32 is not a free software and in order to have free support and updates against virus/malware , you need to pay for a license and get a username/password to access ESET update servers .

From your post I understand you don't have such , so you can't update .
If you want to buy NOD32 you can contact ESET/ESET distributor or reseller here .

Open Control Center->NOD32 System Tools->Information
Click "Copy to Clipboard"
