I see that there is Unlimited licence (no yearly renewal). I've owned lns for over a year now so does this mean i have an unlimited licence?

I think that it means that you can own and use your current lns version as long as you want, if you still want to use LNS 2.01 in year 2050, you can

About the upgrade :

so you will be able to upgrade for free to lns 2.06, 2.07, etc...
