WSC cant find NOD32 data base

I, im new here and I would like some help.
I am installing NOD32 v.3.069 for a customer, but after the install, the security center nagging pop-ups says that no anti-virus is found on my system. I tried a clean unistalled (thus deleting any file, reg, and temp) and reinstalled it and still no good.
If anyone can help me with this, I would be greatfull!

but even with this it still no good

I have done some scanning with nod32 updated, spybot v.1.6 and Hijack this.
nothing found, I'm starting to beleve its a windows corruption and nothing can be done

ill try a install/repair of windows MCE and will give a respond after this !
