Welcome to the Wilders Security Forum Petr.

 

I just updated to 68 and still have problems with opening new tabs and some extension icons in top right of Chrome that get frozen.

 

Can I ask what is the Extension number you have? I have 1.1.0.32 and in the WRData Folder/PKG/wrUrl.dll and the Build number of that file? I have no issues with latest released Chrome that you mention could you check to see if one of the other Extensions could be causing this issue for you?

Only one of my small icons in the upper right of Chrome is frozen now which is less than in other versions of WSA..and this is the one..https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-mail-checker/mihcahmgecmbnbcchbopgniflfhgnkff

 

Do you use Adblock Plus and/or Ghostery? I think that some extensions are not playing well with Webroot filtering plugin.

 

I don't enable any of the WSA Extensions but i use AdBlock. I shutdown WSA soon after boot because i go without a A/V mostly and all my 19 extensions that are running together seem to work good. I wanted to update to 68 and test it out for a few minutes. I started having new tab slowly loading problems sometimes and only one frozen extension icon in the upper right of chrome so far. When i shutdown WSA the problems went away.
