    have to say that has always been my experience with webroot when working on a customers system that was running webroot. they went above and beyond every time i contacted them. even many times offering free lic's for a extended time frame like 2 or more years to these customers etc.

    Webroot scored really high in my tests, and my tests results won't infect you. :)
