I'm using a different key in my WSA installation, so was wondering about using another method to see it. Seems I'll have to add it to my online console.

Hate to be the dummy, but where do you "uncheck" this option? o_O

    Hello PatG,

Is this what you are looking for under Advanced Settings?

That's it Kent, but mine is already unchecked. It hides the keycode, but doesn't show how many days are left. o_O

That's correct - it hides all information about the keycode (including the expiration time).

Thanks Joe, guess me buying a new license last year and it was added to current w/new key code eliminated me from the beta class, huh?

We extended the original group of beta keys which were handed out, so even if you aren't using that one right now, it should have added duration on it.

    Hi Joe,

Many thanks for that...much appreciated...have just checked and can confirm that my beta keycode is now showing 543 days to expiry.

    Have a great weekend.

    Regards

Are you using the Keycode that has BETA in it?

I am using a key given to me by Joe, to replace another key when I had problems with that key. So, whether it is beta key or not, I wouldn't know, but I do get the beta update when ever it occurs.

Does it have BETA in the keycode if it's not it's not a beta keycode! But I'm sure Joe will look after you!

I have been in the closed beta group since inception.

But, now I don't have a key that has 'beta' in the key....strange. I still get access to the betas first, before general release to all others.

    My key ....XXXX-ONLN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

You always will as you have the beta download link that's all that matters! And that's a regular keycode.

I am not sure, what you mean by the "beta download link". ;)

I don't do anything with any link. I just get the beta update, automatically.

Helix meant , when you were recruited as a closed-beta tester , they sent you a mail including beta keycode and a direct link to download WSA's first beta build.

Is there a close betatester group? or this is part of the betas posted in this forum?
Is there any way to participate?

yes there is a group , those that beta-tested WSA since the beginning (before the 1st release) ; from what i heard they don't recruit additional closed-beta testers for the moment.

we are part of the betas posted here.

Helix or Joe will surely have more infos about it than me ^^

Well not really a Group anymore but the ones that got invited way back early 2011 still have the Beta download and a keycode that has BETA within the keycode after the original keycode died that didn't count down.
