What a mess Easeus gives trying to create a rescue disk

Makes you wonder why the Easeus programmers are too blind to see this happening and too inexperienced programmers to fix it.

 

Support has been responsive, but they have some glaring issues to address.

 

They are responsive, but they don't solve any problems.

Do you want to know why they don't solve the problems? The answer is...inexperienced programmers who do NOT know how to fix or solve the problems.

To get solutions, you need to find a different program with different programmers who are more experienced.

 

Beats me...it's nice that they get back to you, but the response I usually get is more or less the program is suppose to do whatever it is doing and that's that.
