No, because it looks for patterns more then specific names. But don't worry, because the folks love updating so much in version 4 you will be updating as much as you like. There is a thread here wheou see a recommended list to edit to the blocked list at wish. With adding it's no use to add a trojan name xxxx if the actual file is yyyy.exe, so you would add the second. In v4 wildcards will be possible so the whole loveletter.* might be possible and no need to add all extensions. But this thread was on wg and resources. Hardly any. Let's see how this will be for v4 with all the new additions DCS team worked on.
