    hi everyone....
i never though that someone would mistake my friends work from mine...

The project i had created... the WormBlaster project, was created years ago as a result of prevalence of malware in our school. It has some cool features... such as reconfigurable malware removal capabilities (a new designed paradigm that enables an program to add functionalities to itself, much the same way as the Addons in Firefox extend its functionalities)

Although the project looks promising, it has lost its luster since I had stopped providing incremental upgrades (due to school work perhaps). To solve this, my fellow software designer Emman agreed to maintain the project... and as a result a fork of WormBlaster project was born (he calls his version MalwarePro)

    This is my original work:
    Download Page: http://wormblaster.4shared.com/
    Original Homepage: http://www.wormblaster.tk/

    His MalwarePro project:
    Download Page: http://wormblaster.net/Virus_Remover_Update.zip
    New Homepage: http://wormblaster.net/

He did managed to get a domain (wormblaster.net) and he still maintains the fork project.

It was a great honor that "Sujay" invited me (personally) to join you here in this thread. It's also astonishing to see that my work had made a small impact on other users, even though it had passed a long time ago.

I'm in 1st year high right now. If ever I finish my I.T. degree here in the Philippines, I would open up another AV "open source" project in order to promote open source security and also provide protection to other users for free charge software developments.

@CyberXpert, I am Sujay and thanks for joining Wilderssecurity. Why don't you guys maintain this one. I know you may not give incremental update due to lack of time but you can make this a specialized tool designed to remove some specific malwares and also to provide some proactive protection. I think that will be a good start to your dream about open source security project.
