While we wait for Joe to comment, I wonder if you've seen this Prevx blog post about Zeus and how to tell if you're infected with it.

What really staggered me from The Register article was this:

We have no problems at all detecting them (and actually have been historically battling Zeus in many arenas: http://www.prevx.com/blog/137/Detecting-and-Removing-the-ZEUS-Banking-Trojan.html and http://www.reuters.com/article/domesticNews/idUSN1638118020070717)

And now, with Prevx SafeOnline, Zeus is essentially a "thing of the past": http://pxnow.prevx.com/zeroL/SecureBrowserWhitePaper.pdf (If you look at pages 6-9, you'll see Prevx detecting Zeus but then even if the removal is ignored, letting the infection still run, Prevx protects the credentials of the user from the infection :))

So while Zeus may be the Father of the Greek Gods in mythology, his malware counterpart certainly isn't more than a gnat to Prevx :)
