Won't run, error is...........

Run-time error '52':
Bad File Name or Number




I have the paid version of SpywareBlaster and get that error when trying to load the main window of it. I can load the update window just fine. The windows with the protection on it returns that every time.

EDIT: sorry version 3.1 does this. v3.0 ran and still runs just fine after i remove 3.1 and reinstall. yes i did remove the old vefore trying to the new one

That's strange. I'll have to take a look and see what might be the cause.

EDIT: At what point does that error occur? Does it occur before the loading progress bar is displayed? Also, what version of Windows are you running? (I suspect this *may* have something to do with the Mozilla/Firefox profile detection - but steps to potentially fix the problem will depend upon your Windows version.)

I just wiped the drive and installed fresh. Everything is back to normal and 3.1 is working fine now. Thanks all the same.
